Crescent House
Life on Siesta Key will never be as comfortable and stylish as it will be when you choose our Crescent House to occupy during your fabulous Florida vacation. This newly listed property has also been newly remodeled and offers 3 comfortable and bright bedrooms, 3 bold and beautiful baths, and space for six guests to sleep comfortably during their time in the sun. From the outside its tin roof and dramatic turquoise paint offer a cheerful focal point as its unusual angles may find you thinking of the graceful sailboats often skimming across the waters of the gulf.
Enter through the upper level of this multi-storied home and feel peace and tranquility descend upon you as begin your explorations with the bright and airy living room. Offering vaulted ceilings with a series of transom style windows lining the expanse of walls near the roofline and the sliding glass doors that lead out to a covered balcony work together to keep the room bright, a neutral hued leather sofa and two complementing recliners form a semi-circle in the living room, facing the flat screen television hanging on the wall and the tile fronted fireplace with happy sailboat models skimming along the surface of the mantel.
A modern farmhouse style kitchen offers marble countertops, high end appliances in stainless steel and a center island that doubles as dining space for up to six people along its white marbled top. Industrial pendant lamps hang over the breakfast bar and a series of small appliances ensure that guests can enjoy everything from toast to coffee, to frothy tropical drinks without having to venture outside. An apron sink is sunk into the island, centered between a wine cooler and dishwasher, proving once again that careful attention is paid to all the details of making a vacation home feel like home.
The dining room is actually the first space guests will encounter when walking in, located just to the side of the entryway and offering a round wood table surrounded by four cushioned chairs. Use it for dining, office work, or playing board games on a rainy day as the area stays brightly lit with a series of can lights and a separate standing lamp tucked away into the corner of the dining area.
Serene and tranquil, the monotone shades of gray and white create a bedroom space where sleep is taken seriously under watch of a series of beach and sea scape art pieces that add to the peacefulness of the room. A tree of life hangs over the king bed and in the corner, a blue, gray, and white wingback chair offers a place to read. The en suite bath of Crescent House presents a bold and powerful statement with its dramatically patterned counters on the double vanity and marbled tiles that adorn much of the walls in this spacious bath. Heated towel racks and flooring will keep you warm on cooler winter mornings and the thoroughly modern double shower heads in the walk-in shower will easily reach all the achy parts your body may endure during your travels.
Bedroom number two features a queen bed, plenty of closet space, and its own en suite bath, this one offering a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and its own intricately tiled walls. An occasional chair under a window is perfect for morning conversations or reading late into the night and a flat screen television will keep guests up to date on their favorite shows. Both the master bedroom and this second bedroom are located on the main level with the public spaces of the home.
Bedroom number three is located on the lower level of Crescent House is a large room offering a queen bed topped with colorful and soft linens and access to its own bath as well. The bath features a pedestal sink, walk-in shower, and white tile that cover the expanse of every wall in the room.
In Florida, outside space is as important as what is on the inside, and Crescent House never ceases to amaze offering multiple decks with colorful lighting, comfortable seating, and another place to dine on a screened in balcony. The pool will be a popular spot for everyone who stays here and a built in barbecue, large cobblestone pool deck, and private fenced in backyard with shaded conversation zones is truly the shining star of the property.
Minimum stay requirements: 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday.
Optional fees: Pool Heating $25
