Located not far from the beaches of Englewood, it is back to North Port we go, this time to a pink beauty offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the space for up to six guests. This cottage offers a pink stucco exterior and a front yard dotted with mature palm trees that reflect the natural beauty of the Florida landscape. Also located near the North Port Springs and boat ramps that lead onto the Mayaka River, renting or bringing your own boat along for the trip will ensure this getaway is one you will never forget.
Welcome Home
The front door of this charming cottage is tucked away on the side of the single-car garage, leading guests into a fully air-conditioned living room area that is open to the rest of the home. A soft and plush oversized sofa anchors the living room conveniently placed to enjoy views of the state-of-the-art television on its stand opposite and the views visible from the picture window next to the television.
The kitchen is separate from the rest of the public spaces, featuring an airy space that is light, bright, and welcoming. White cabinets and appliances are accented with countertops the color of a stormy sky; this room offers everything you need for a delicious meal, including small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle.
Step out of the kitchen and into the dining room where a table set for four is waiting to provide moments of fun, frivolity, and food. Gather around to play board games on a rainy day, plan for the next day’s adventures on the boat, and be prepared for lots of laughter to ring through the rafters!
The first bedroom, the master, offers a queen bed, an en suite bath, and a cheerful appeal that brings about peaceful dreams. The attached bath features a single vanity and a tub/shower combo for happy bathing.
Bedroom number two is anchored by another queen bed, its dark wood frame bringing a country charm to the room. Access to the shared main bath is included in this space and that bath offers a walk-in shower and single vanity as well.
