This condo has a brand new kitchen, installed in 2018, with all new appliances. The master bedroom has a King Bed, while the guest room features two Twin Beds.

Clustered together in a pleasant neighborhood within a wonderfully relaxing beach community, our privately owned and well-managed rental units are fully equipped with all you need to enjoy a memorable vacation.
The community's neighborhood is quite pleasant with its lush tropical setting fanned by the enervating Gulf Coast breezes. The amenities in the community include a private pool and washer and dryer.
The forty-acre Siesta Key Public Beach, moreover, is just an easy walk from the Twin Banyan community. World famous for its fine powdery white sands, this beach has also become a popular recreation area for locals and tourists because of its other attractions. Accessible at this beach are a nature trail, tennis and volleyball courts, a picnic area, a pavilion, and food concession stands. Sports rental shops in the area enable such water-based recreational pursuits as para-sailing, boating, fishing, and diving.
Besides these many wonderful come-ons, charming venues for shopping, dining, and entertainment can be readily accessed at the quaint Siesta Village within the Twin Banyan's locality. One hands-down favorite is Anna's Deli with its popular sandwiches, salads and meat dishes. For drinks and fresh seafood, the Ocean Blvd. bars and restaurants are also within easy reach from the community.
The Twin Banyan residents also have a lot of choices from among the fascinating attractions in Sarasota City which are all minutes away from their community. Crossing the North Bridge to the mainland, for instance, will enable access to such places St. Armand's Circle and its shops and dining places. A short trip to the the South will, on the other hand, lead to the Westfield Sarasota Square Mall. For arts and cultural activities, the downtown district has such venues as the Ringling Museum of Art and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.
