This single-family home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms; no need to share here! Two of these are large suites with brand new bathrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed. The main living area is open from the living room to the dinning room to the kitchen giving this home a very spacious feel. In the living room there is plenty of seating to watch the 46' LED TV with FIOS programming. Wireless internet is available throughout the home as well as the pool deck.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: One month minimum with the exception of 2 week reservations a maximum of 30-days in advance. Only 1 reservation may exist in any given 30-day period.

Nice home loved the pool area and patio best Living room furniture was not comfortable but we did not stay inside much. Plenty of space for 4 people

The house is nice, just not close enough to the beach. Some bedrooms were hot at night. Rent Siesta Key is awesome and would go through them again.

My husband and I stayed at this rental for the month of March. Everyday was a wonderful experience as the home was well equipped with good beds,bedding and updated bathrooms and had 3 bedrooms. We had extended family visit and everyone had a place to sleep because the couch in the great room was very comfortable.

We basically chose this house because of the heated pool. Upon arrival the water was cold. Obviously, the pool heated was not inspected by the rental management. The pool heated was broken and was not fixed during our stay. We were told it would be repaired for our last few days but it was not. Our additional money for the pool heating was returned.
Management was responsive to other issues.
The house is in a great location.

Thank you for choosing to stay. The property was personally inspected by me (owner), The pool heater was indeed inspected as I am the one who has to turn it on and off for guests. It was turned on the day before and was running on the morning of arrival. Unfortunate malfunctions happen when renting homes, Management scheduled repair the 3rd day when guests sent notification that they did not believe the pool heater was on. Pool tech went out that day and had to order a new fan motor for the unit which then took another few days.
