Beautiful property overlooking little Sarasota bay. Tucked away on a very quite street minutes from shopping, restaurants, and beaches. This home has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a grand living area for everyone to enjoy taking in seemingly panoramic views of the bay. All three bedrooms offer glass sliding doors out to the spacious patio and bay front pool. There is a great grass area also bay front with fencing along the water, great for children to play. The dock offers a boat lift and a platform lift which are free to use. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed facing the glass sliding doors for a great view of the pool and bay to wake up to in the mornings. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin-size beds. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The great room is furnished with a large sofa for watching the 55" flat screen TV, the dining area has an 8 seating dining room table. The Kitchen is equipped with all stainless steal appliances which include a gas stove and double oven.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 month minimum reservation required with the exception of 2 weeks minimum a maximum of 30 days in advance.
Pets accepts on a case by case basis and with additional pet fee.

After we received your feedback relating to the outdoor furniture, we worked with the homeowner to purchase all new outdoor furniture which is now at the home. The gas grill has been inspected and fully cleaned and is now good as new. Lawrence per the rental agreement, all clogged drains would be the responsibility of the guest. Based on our experience, all plumbers attribute any clog to "long term build up" or "previous guests" when in the presence of a current guest, so as to not offend the person standing in front of them. This is a natural response from an experienced maintenance technician in the hospitality industry, although we always want all the service vendors we work with to be completely honest with guests. Indeed, the bay view is stunning and sets the tone for the entire trip. Especially with the outdoor sectional set by the pool. such a great space to kick back, relax, and soak in the view of the bay and Siesta Key. If you decide to rent a boat to keep at the home next year, keep in mind Ophelia's on the Bay is just a short boat ride across the bay for a great dinner!
