Offering a living room filled with the comfortable furniture that makes you want to sink in and relax, perhaps even doze off for a few as you watch the large flat screen television hanging opposite the sofa. This room also holds two sets of oversized glass doors that lead out to the balcony and a patio set perfect for al fresco dining, as well as incredible views of the water. In the kitchen, the blue on the walls turns to a softer shade that gives the cobalt and sky blue tile backsplash the attention it deserves. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and colorful art pieces give this room a cheerful ambience and the breakfast bar with padded bar stools helps keep the cook from feeling left out as family members can sit and chat while the magic of meal prep is being performed.
