M&M Property Management Group, LLC  DBA "Rent Siesta Key" was established by Joe Meszaros in 2009. I have been in the real estate and rental management field for over 10 years. Sarasota is my hometown and I have grown to understand the local markets. For the past two years I have beaten local occupancy rates in both our vacation rental properties and long-term rentals by 45+%.
