Our Business: M& M Property Management Group, LLC was recently established by Joe Meszaros and Erik J. Milkovich. We have been in the real estate and rental management field for over 8 years. Sarasota is our hometown and we have grown to understand the local markets. For the past two years we have beaten local occupancy rates in both our vacation homes and long-term rentals by 45%+. We are able to achieve this by keeping our fees low, offering additional services at unbeatable prices, networking with the local community, and offering unique touches to bring back vacationers year after year.

Tenants: M& M Property Management Group, LLC screens tenants to provide owners with quality renters and peace of mind that their investment will be well kept. Security deposits are always required and special requirements can be discussed with the owner.

Accounting: M& M Property Management Group, LLC can at the owner’s discretion manage any or all financials of their investment property. For vacation properties this includes paying hotel taxes, acquiring hotel license on behalf of the owner, property taxes, and utilities if need be. For long-term rentals this includes HOA fees, property taxes, and utilities.

Rent is collected on the 1st of every month and late fees will follow everyday thereafter. For vacation properties rent is pre-paid 60 days prior to check-in and a $500 deposit is due within 48-hours of reservation. A monthly owner’s statement will also be mailed to keep you up to date on your income and expenses.

Maintenance: Our premier management package offers three main maintenance services for an incredible price. Maintenance services available are as follows; pool cleaning, lawn and garden care (no treatment i.e. fertilizer), and interior cleaning. Any repairs that need immediate action, no matter the cost, will need to be approval by owner before any work is done.
