This is the peaceful Florida vacation home you've been looking for, situated in a well kept neighborhood on a nicely landscaped lot with privacy. You’re close to Siesta Key Beach shopping & restaurants.

Recently renovated by artist/designer, this home reflects a modern tropical decor; featuring a split floor plan with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, a caged salt water pool with a spacious covered patio that has dining & seating area. You will also find a gas grill available for your outdoor cooking needs.

The family room is furnished with comfortable seating, a 32" LCD TV, & Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully stocked; with granite counters and breakfast bar. The dining room (seats 6) and has large sliding doors that open to the pool area.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, 24" LCD TV, walk-in closet and a door leading out to the pool. Master Bath has a walk-in shower a separate vanity sink area. The other two bedrooms have 15" LCD TVs, and DVD players. The den has a pull-out queen bed. Also everything you need for days at the beach.

This home is located close to the Westfield shopping mall with 140 stores, restaurants, movieplex and food court. Do you like to play golf? There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses in Sarasota alone!

Arts and Cultural attractions: Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, galleries downtown,and Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.

Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bicycles, canoes, or just go hiking

We loved this home and the pool area with double sliding doors was wonderful.We had a very enjoyable time in the home as the weather turned cool and we were at home quite a bit.Enough space for the 7 of us and the extended family to come over and visit.

  Thank you for the review. We use a check-in & check-out process which allows our guests to simply arrive at our properties, get in, and start their vacation right away with llittle to no contact with us. Keys are stored in a lockbox at the property which you aquire the combination to from us 1 week prior to arrival. Everything is labled at this property, from light/fan switches to places of plates and cups in the kitchen. A local brochure with a map, coupons, and activites can be found on the kitchen counter at first arrival.
